All personal information collected will not be used for any other purpose than the showcase and will not be distributed to any other persons or groups. There are a range of performances taking place during the week of the showcase. Please select up to 2 sessions and we will endeavor to ensure you perform in at least one of these selections.

Do you require a backing band?

Does your performance include a band? If so, please provide details of the lineup including names and instruments.

Please include a description of the production requirements of your performance. Include the instruments you use, number of microphones required, DI's required, instruments required, a description of the stage layout, etc. We will attempt to cater to all requirements.

We will be recording lots of video and audio, as well as taking lots of photos. Please indicate your permission to use this material. Materials will be used for promotion and on this website.
